Dal 2017, Centro Stile Milano Architetti collabora con il Gruppo Cremonini nella la realizzazione di nuovi format e punti vendita per il famoso marchio della ristorazione nel settore della carne.
Roadhouse Restaurant è stata la prima catena di steakhouse in Italia, sviluppata dal gruppo Cremonini dal 2001, che ne detiene la proprietà per l’Europa e attualmente offre un’ampia offerta di punti vendita “casual dining”.
CSMA ha collaborato nella realizzazione di numerosi ristoranti, offrendo consulenza nella progettazione, nello Styling e nella realizzazione sia degli interni che degli esterni.
Since 2017, Centro Stile Milano Architetti collaborates with Cremonini Group realizing new formats and several Roadhouse restaurants all over Italy. This is the most famous italian Steakhouse Chain and it’s developed by Cremonini Group starting from 2001, which owns the rights and ownership in Europe, offering a wide range of “casual dining” restaurants.
CSMA collaborates in the realization of several shops, offering desoign and styling consultancy of internal and external spaces.

La strategia di progetto nasce dall’esigenza di raccordare i due fronti principali: la sponda morbida e naturale del lago con il fronte stradale che si relaziona direttamente alla zona industriale. Questa contrapposizione di fronti necessita di un approccio differente per i differenti prospetti. L’ubicazione e l’orientamento dell’edificio
sono il risultato di uno studio mirato a combinare le risposte ai vincoli del sito e alle sue specifiche esigenze contestuali insieme a considerazioni legate ai percorsi di accesso, orientamento e soleggiamento. Le visuali verso il lago per una ottimale integrazione paesistico ambientale del complesso edilizio sono un ulteriore elemento di attenzione progettuale.
The strategy of the project born from the need of reconnect the teo main sides of the site: on one hand we have the morbid and natural shape of the lakeside, and on the other one there is the main extraurban street directly relate to the industrial site. This kind of contrast need a different approach on every view of the building. The position and the orientation of the structure are the result of precise analysis oriented to combine different solutions to all the contextual needs, considering also elements related to accesses, routes and the direction of the sunshines. Further focal element of the project is the study of the main views towards the lake for an optimal landscape integration.

Questo progetto si propone di espandere funzionalmente l’attuale campo da Golf “Forest Hills” situato a Dmitrovsky, a 41 km da Mosca. Il golf club è circondato da meravigliosi paesaggi naturali, con un caratteristico paesaggio collinare e una grande abbondanza di foreste: la committenza richiese la creazione di un golf resort d’élite. A pochi chilometri si trovano anche le delle rinomate piste sciistiche: Yakhroma, Volen e Sorochany aumenterebbero infatti l’attrattiva dell’infrastruttura del golf club anche durante la stagione invernale.
Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un edificio attrezzato come albergo, business center e spa con annessi un solarium, un’area fitness, un ristorante e 20 villette da affittare per le vacanze.
Ad arricchire l’offerta sono predisposte anche 40 case in vendita, con annesso un ostello per personale, un complesso sportivo aperto e un ricco sistema di spazi ricreativi.
This project aims to functionally expand the current “Forest Hills” golf course located in Dmitrovsky, 41 km from Moscow. The golf club is surrounded by wonderful natural landscapes, with a characteristic hilly landscape and a great abundance of forests: the client requested the creation of an elite golf resort. A few kilometers away are also the famous ski slopes: Yakhroma, Volen and Sorochany would in fact increase the attractiveness of the golf club infrastructure even during the winter season.
The project involves the construction of a building equipped as a hotel, business center and spa with a solarium, a fitness area, a restaurant and
20 villas to rent for holidays.To enrich the offer, there are also 40 houses for sale, with an adjoining hostel for staff, an open sports complex and a rich system of recreational spaces.

Italgraniti Group, during the week of Salone del Mobile 2018, officially inaugurated its first Flagship Store, in the heart of the Brera Design District.
Italgraniti has chosen Milan for the opening of its first Flagship Store, expression of the company’s technological evolution, aesthetic culture and technical excellence of “made in Italy”.
The space, designed by Centro Stile Milano, an architectural studio which the company has been collaborating for several years, has been inaugurated during Salone del Mobile 2018 and located at number 21 of the central Via Statuto, one of the city’s best place to host the excellence of Italian furniture.
The exbition space, which is developed in 165 square meters, on two levels, is dedicated to the new collections designed for the architectural panorama and contemporary interior design, but also a place to create relations, meeting and experimentation around new decorative languages, close to the designer and to the final consumer to whom Italgraniti will propose an innovative way of conceiving and using ceramics.
The company’s first Flagship Store aims to be a showcase of the continuous passion, research and innovation that have always characterized the group’s history, capable of developing performance surfaces that are ideal for interior and external covering with absolute precision and beauty and satisfy, and often anticipate, the needs of the market.

Exhibitions.
Since the opening of the store, Italgraniti financed project for all the following edition of Milan’s “Fuori Salone”. it was a precious moment of development and study on some interesting architectural themes.
In 2018 the reference theme was “the arch” and all the exibition was characterized by curved wireframes, made more precious by the use of brass.
This theme is one of the main architectural archetypes and it synthetetized the essence of this artistic installation: simplicity and elegance between tradition and modernity. This element is a recurring topic in art and architecture, and in this case becomes the centre of a construction that is thought to make the most of ceramic.
The structure of pavilion subdivides the environment into four spaces, and it’s a simple and clear shape that valorize the exposition like in a museum’s room. In the same way the precious finishes, like marble and brass recall an antique and elegant taste.
Instead in 2020 the theme of the Line was explored: a complex system of bright cables creates a shapes that changes completely aspect in every different perspective. The structure composed by linear and rigid elements becomes incredibly sinuous and recalls the aspect of a sailing sheet.
The deep meaning of this set-up was a tribute to creativity and technological exploration.
Unfortunately, this project stayed unrealized due to the sanitary emergency that involved Italy.
